Yukon Fox

After crossing the British Columbia border into the Yukon this afternoon, lo and behold, saw this fox in the snow not to far from the road. After staying with him for more than an hour captured several dives for voles. This series is one of the best.

Spending the night at a hostel with wifi. By the time I arrived in town after photographing the fox all the gas stations were closed. So, have to camp here for the evening until I can fuel in the morning. Stations are far in between in this part of the world on the ALCAN. Need to catch up on email and images anyway.

Blue Skies.

All I can say is WOW again Ken. This is a stunning series!! I cannot help but always look at the beautiful tails these foxes have.

I cannot wait for our friend Jose to get back in order to see his pics. I think they are going to be brilliant too.

Spectacular series Ken.

Image a wideangle perspective of the last image that leaping fox. That won one of the Nat Geo category awards, I think either last year or before that. you can see it posted in the archives of the competition.

Your is close Ken. Well done.
