Sax Zim Bog

Have internet access at our current motel this evening, so thought I'd provide a quick post. The featured bird species is a female Pine Grosbeak. This bird photo was captured this morning after first light at Sax Zim Bog in northern Minnesota. If you look closely you can see some slight frost on the log. We have had some luck locating some Northern Hawk Owls and still in search of Great Grays. Blue Skies.
